  • In 2015, I was kayaking down the Potomac River when I first saw the mighty blue heron. Ever since it has shown up reminding me that I am not alone on my healing journey. This past summer,(2019) me and my mom was fishing on Smith Mountain Lake when this Blue Heron flew back and reminded me that I am not alone. The Blue Heron is my animal spirit guide.

  • Here I wanted to show that light can shine in on darkness and no matter how bad it gets there is always someone shining brightly.

  • This past fall, I was with my friends hiking up to Upper Falls. We came across this amazing rock and roots. The earth reminded me how we are all connected and we all are one. Even when things get difficult and there are obstacles in our way, one can sink roots deep in the earth and continue to grow.
