At a retreat with my friends, when I looked outside and grabbed my camera to capture this amazing sky. As I shot this image, I felt myself come into the moment, let go and be with mother nature.

In 2015, I was kayaking down the Potomac River when I first saw the mighty blue heron. Ever since it has shown up reminding me that I am not alone on my healing journey. This past summer,(2019) me and my mom was fishing on Smith Mountain Lake when this Blue Heron flew back and reminded me that I am not alone. The Blue Heron is my animal spirit guide.
